Dr. Stella is such a breath of fresh air! She is so knowledgeable, caring and personable! You can tell she cares & loves what she does.
Stella without a doubt encompasses all of these things and more, but to hear the name Stella, brings 2 words to mind, “healing hands.” I am presently a patient of Stella and I suffered greatly before meeting her.
During the initial intake session, Stella heard me—she really listened as I described the pain and agony that I’d suffered for several months! Stella got me—and immediately went to work! By the time I reached her, I had trouble swallowing, muscle stiffness, muscle constriction throughout my entire body. I had trouble sitting, standing, laying down, sleeping, even voiding was difficult. The sessions were arduous, but Stella wouldn’t give up. Little did she know, I hung on every word and suggestion that she gave to me. I even had homework—though painful, I did them!
I later shared with Stella, that I was afraid-very afraid as the pain and discomfort was real. She encouraged me and continues to encourage me and pushes on while at the same time, being cognizant of my level of comfort.
I am beginning to feel a little more like myself before my issues began- and definitely not where I was a few months ago and still pushing forward!

I met Stella on February 19, 2016, for physical therapy on my right elbow. Greeted with a warm friendly smile. Next an evaluation and care plan were done. The rest is really history. She has been my Physical Therapist up until now, December 20, 2022. She is AMAZING, CARING, EMPATHIC and the one I trust with my PT care. Her bed side manners are impeccable and very professional. She always makes sure your posture and technique are correct, so you get the most benefit out of your physical therapy treatments. Know that she is always on your side and cheering you on. You are safe in the care that Stella provides.
