“Stella is a miracle worker. I came to Stella 6 months postpartum very discouraged. Prior to having my baby I was an avid runner and did yoga 4 times a week. During labor I herniated a disc in my back and developed really bad sciatica. I worked with a physical therapist for 6 months with a little improvement, but not much.
